The Action is coordinated by a Management Committee (MC). The chair of the MC is Nicholas Marsh of the International Peace Research Institute, Oslo (PRIO) in Norway. The members of the MC are available here

Geneva, Small Arms Survey, 14 March 2005, Third Management Committee meeting. [Download the Third Management Committee meeting minutes here.] At  the third Management Committee meeting, the Chairman presented an annual progress report to the COST Science Officer for Social Sciences and Humanities, which mainly outlines the Action’s objectives, participation, coordination, and results for its first year of existence.

Bonn, BICC, 8th February, Fifth Management Committee Meeting. [Download the meeting notes here]. The fifth Management Committee endorsed a progress report produced by the Action's Chair.

There have been four Coordination Group meetings:

The Coordination group will shepherd the production of the Action's fianl publication. For more information see the 6th MC meeting minutes located here. London, Saferworld, 4 December 2006, First Coordination Group Meeting. [Download the meeting notes here].

London, Saferworld, 15 January 2007, Second Coordination Group Meeting. This meeting produced a Call for Papers which is available for download here.

Bradford, 2 March 2007. This meeting reviewed the response to the call for papers. It was not minuted but correspondence was sent by the editors to each of the authors.
