All submissions should be made online at the Security Dialogue SAGETRACK website:

If you are a new user you will first need to create an account by pressing the 'Create Account' button. You will be expected to submit a cover letter, manuscript and abstract in separate files in Microsoft Word or RTF format. Do not include titlepage or page numbers. The SAGETRACK system will create them for you.
