January 2004 - 2005: Researcher and co-ordinator of the UN programme on Peacekeeping and Multinational Operations, NUPI.

 

2003:  Adviser, UN Section on Peace and Security issues, Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

 

1995-2003: Co-ordinator and later director of The Training for Peace in Southern Africa Project, NUPI.
