Research Interest William Terry is a doctoral student in political science at University of California San Diego with a background in economics and statistical analysis.

In 1999-2001 he worked in the Tax Analysis Division of the Congressional Budget Office. In connection with the CSCW Will is working with WG leader Kaare Strøm and Scott Gates on studies of transitional governance.
