Forum for Peacebuilding Ethics

The Forum for Peacebuilding Ethics (PeacE) is a forum for researchers, politicians and practitioners involved in peacebuilding. Its objective is to address ethical issues at all levels of peacebuilding – from global political concerns to the everyday issues faced by the people on the ground. The field of peacebuilding has received varied responses, from the strong moral support it enjoys as a central measure of UN mandated operations, to the mounting critique it has recently faced in academic and public circles. This forum aims to facilitate this debate from an ethical perspective, inviting people to share their knowledge, experience and concerns.

The PeacE Discussion Forum is supported by the Norwegian Peacebuilding Centre (NOREF)
