New Programme Name: Security Programme

As of 1 November 2004, J Peter Burgess is the new leader of PRIO’s renamed Security Programme. The change of name (from Foreign and Security Policies) marks Burgess's ambition to broaden the scope of the programme's theoretical approach and the depth of its empirical interests in order to better chart and understand our evolving security reality.
