Prisoners' Testament Award

The 2007 Prisoners' Testament Award (Fangenes testamente) was awarded to the researcher and peace mediator Kåre Lode on 9 June. Lode has been chosen for his tireless work through many years to stop conflict, fight evil and secure peace in many African countries. The award commemorates the prisoners of Nazi Germany, and is awarded by "Aktive Fredsreiser" in collaboration with PRIO.
