Grbavica

Grbavica is the name of a part of Sarajevo, and the film with the same name tells the story of a mother and her 12 year old daughter. The daughter is the result of a rape during the war, and in the film the truth is unveiled.
 
Following the screening of the film (Golden bear winner in Berlin 2006), the director of the film, a representative of a women's organzation in Bosnia, and PRIO researcher Inger Skjelsbæk will discuss the film.
