Publications
The Forum has established the FICHL Publication Series. The intention is to make available to a broader audience papers and presentations made during FICHL seminars. There is no rigid policy to have a publication in connection with every seminar organised by the Forum. Rather, there will be a case-by-case consideration of the general interest in the topic of each FICHL seminar and the quality of the presentations. Texts not presented at FICHL seminars which the FICHL considers particularly valuable to the international criminal justice and conflict discourse may also be published in the series. Publications will be available in print from PRIO as well as in pdf through this web page. The Forum seeks to provide quality publications by using an open, Internet-based publication platform accessible to all, including those in less resourceful countries. Providing ‘open access’ to new publications in international criminal and humanitarian law is a central objective of the Forum.
The Series Editors are Morten Bergsmo and Nobuo Hayashi. The members of the Series Advisory Board are Professor Kai Ambos, Professor Emeritus M. Cherif Bassiouni, Professor Jon Bing, Gilbert Bitti (Senior Legal Adviser, ICC Chambers), Research Professor J.
