​The Syrian National Council, formed in August 2011, is one of the most important opposition movements to the Assad regime. 

Kadi is a Member of the Finance Office of the SNC, co-founder and president of Syrian Center for Political and Strategic Studies SCPSS while Adib Shishakly is a member of the Foreign Relations Office.

Their presentations will be commented by Kjetil Selvik (FAFO) and former PRIOite Frida Nome (Menighetsfakultetet). CRPB program leader Pinar Tank will moderate the session.
